About The Role

We're seeking the best video editor to join our fast-growing agency. You'll edit and produce high-quality, compelling content for social media and advertising campaigns — from raw footage to polished, results-driven assets.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media and ad campaigns
  • Color grade, sound mix, and assemble raw footage into polished assets
  • Collaborate with the creative team from conceptualisation to final delivery
  • Handle feedback and revisions, delivering on time to client and agency standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing agency
  • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Frame.io or similar
  • Strong portfolio with results-driven content for digital platforms
  • Experience in real estate video production highly preferred
  • Must own working equipment and be available full-time
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end client relationships from kickoff through to renewal
  • Set up and run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns that drive results
  • Monitor client health daily — stay one step ahead of every issue
  • Brief internal creative and media buying teams with the context they need to win
  • Drive retention, identify upsell opportunities, and turn clients into advocates
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a marketing agency as a Client or Account Manager
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and direct response marketing
  • Experience with trades, home renovation, or service-based industries preferred
  • Exceptional communicator — can simplify performance data for business owners
  • Proven track record of client retention and relationship growth
  • High standards and a relentless commitment to elite-level execution
